BetPro operates the online betting and gaming platform accessible at betpro-jit.com. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, BetPro is the data controller — meaning we are the organisation responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is processed when you use our services.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through the BetPro website, including account registration, betting activity, customer support interactions, payment processing and any promotional or marketing communications. It applies to all registered members as well as visitors who browse the BetPro platform without registering.

Data You Provide Directly

• Registration data: Full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and residential address in Pakistan.
• Identity verification documents: CNIC, passport or driving licence — collected when verification is required for withdrawals or compliance checks.
• Payment information: Mobile wallet account details (Easypaisa/JazzCash account number), bank account details for IBFT transfers. Full card numbers are never stored by BetPro — card transactions are processed by our payment processor.
• Customer support communications: Records of your interactions with BetPro's support team, including chat transcripts and email exchanges.
• Responsible gaming preferences: Any limits, cool-off periods or self-exclusion instructions you have set on your account.

Data Collected Automatically

Every piece of personal data BetPro collects serves a specific and clearly defined purpose. We do not collect data speculatively or for purposes we haven't identified. The main reasons BetPro processes your personal data are:

BetPro will never use your data for a purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without obtaining your explicit consent first.

• Contractual necessity: Processing that is required to fulfil our agreement with you — including operating your account, processing bets and handling payments. Without this processing, BetPro cannot provide the services you've signed up for.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws — including age verification, identity checks, anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming requirements.
• Legitimate interests: Processing carried out for BetPro's legitimate business purposes, such as fraud detection, platform security, analytics and customer service improvement — provided those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
• Consent: For optional processing activities such as promotional emails and marketing communications, we rely on your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting your account.

BetPro's platform infrastructure is hosted on secure servers with routing optimised for Pakistani users. All data stored by BetPro is subject to the security measures described in Section 12 of this Policy.

Your personal data is stored in encrypted databases. Access to personal data within BetPro is restricted on a need-to-know basis — only staff members whose roles require access to specific categories of data are granted it, and all access is logged and audited.

BetPro does not store your complete payment card numbers. Card transactions are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. For Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions, only the account numbers and transaction reference numbers are stored by BetPro — sufficient to process payments and resolve disputes, but not sufficient to initiate transfers from your mobile wallet without your involvement.

Identity documents submitted for verification are stored in an encrypted document management system with access restricted to the compliance team only. These documents are retained for the period specified in Section 10 and then securely deleted.

Service Providers

• BetPro does not store full credit or debit card numbers on its own servers. Card processing is delegated entirely to our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor.

• For IBFT bank transfers, BetPro stores your bank account number and IBAN to process withdrawals. This information is stored encrypted and access is restricted to the finance team.
• Transaction history — amounts deposited and withdrawn, dates and payment methods used — is retained as part of your account record for the period specified in Section 10.
• BetPro uses transaction pattern analysis as part of our fraud prevention and anti-money laundering procedures. This analysis is automated and any unusual patterns trigger a human review rather than immediate account action.

BetPro will never share your financial account details with any party other than those directly involved in processing your transactions, and only to the extent necessary to complete those transactions.
