BetPro Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Member Should Know

Welcome to BetPro — Pakistan's dedicated online betting and gaming platform available at betpro-jit.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all services offered by BetPro, including sports betting, live casino, card games, virtual sports, esports betting and all associated promotions and bonus programmes.

By creating an account on BetPro, logging into an existing account, making a deposit or placing any form of bet, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use any BetPro service.

These Terms apply to all BetPro services whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser or any other supported interface. No separate application download is required to use BetPro, and the same Terms apply regardless of how you access the platform.

To use BetPro's betting and gaming services, you are required to register a personal account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet all the criteria set out in these Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Pakistan at the time of placing bets.
• You must not be acting as an agent for any third party — all accounts must represent and be operated by the individual who registered them.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended BetPro account under any name or identity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. BetPro reserves the right to verify any information you provide at any time.

Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetPro username and password. Any bet placed, deposit made or action taken while logged into your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally initiated it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify BetPro immediately by contacting support.

BetPro strictly prohibits the sharing, transfer or sale of accounts. Any account found to be shared or operated by multiple individuals may be suspended pending investigation, and any funds in such an account may be withheld until the matter is resolved.

BetPro operates a strict 18+ policy. Gambling by individuals under the age of 18 is prohibited on the BetPro platform under all circumstances, without exception. By registering and using BetPro, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

BetPro may request proof of age at any point during your membership — at registration, during a withdrawal request or at any other time deemed appropriate. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a Pakistani passport or a valid Pakistani driving licence. Documents must show your date of birth clearly.

If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, BetPro reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed. If it is determined that you registered while under the age of 18, your account will be permanently closed, all bets placed will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned after deducting any winnings derived from those bets.

BetPro maintains a PKR-native wallet for every member. All transactions on the platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). There are no currency conversion fees, hidden charges or foreign exchange costs when depositing or withdrawing through BetPro's supported payment methods.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. BetPro does not accept third-party deposits.
• BetPro does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may have their own transaction charges which BetPro has no control over.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed immediately — contact support as quickly as possible if you believe you have made an incorrect deposit.
• BetPro reserves the right to refuse any deposit that cannot be verified as coming from a source consistent with your registered identity.

BetPro is committed to fast, hassle-free withdrawals for all members. Your winnings belong to you and BetPro's approach to withdrawals reflects that commitment.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
• BetPro does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside BetPro's control.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within minutes during business hours.
• IBFT bank transfers are processed by BetPro within minutes of approval — arrival time at your bank depends on your bank's own processing schedule.

Withdrawal Restrictions

BetPro may delay or withhold a withdrawal in the following circumstances: if identity verification has not been completed; if there is an active investigation into account activity; if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; or if the account is under review for any reason consistent with these Terms. In all such cases, BetPro will communicate the reason for the delay to the account holder promptly.

All bets placed on BetPro are subject to the rules applicable to the specific sport, game or market type. BetPro's betting rules are intended to be fair, consistent and transparent. Specific sport-by-sport and game-by-game rules are available within the relevant sections of the platform and supplement these general Terms.

General Betting Rules

• Minimum bet: Rs 50 per selection on all markets unless otherwise stated on the specific market.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market, event tier and account history. BetPro reserves the right to apply individual maximum bet limits.
• All bets are accepted at BetPro's sole discretion. BetPro may decline to accept any bet without being required to state a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the member.
• Bets placed on markets that have already been decided (where the result was known at the time of placing) will be voided and stakes returned regardless of the displayed outcome.
• Errors in odds caused by data feed failures, human input errors or technical faults will result in the affected bets being voided. BetPro will communicate such voidings directly to affected members.

PSL and Cricket Specific Rules

For Pakistan Super League and all other cricket markets on BetPro, bets stand if a match has progressed to a point where a result can be determined via DLS method. Matches abandoned before sufficient overs have been bowled result in all bets being voided and stakes returned. Specific PSL betting rules including player prop markets are detailed within the PSL Betting section.

BetPro offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited in bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements and minimum odds conditions are specified in each individual offer.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual, per household and per payment method.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated.
• BetPro reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including cases where abuse or exploitation of a promotion is suspected.
• Any bets placed using bonus funds that are later found to violate these Terms may be voided and the associated winnings forfeited.
• Refer-a-Friend rewards are subject to the specific rules published in the Refer a Friend section and are only paid out once the referred member completes the qualifying requirements.

BetPro offers live in-play betting on selected sporting events, esports matches and card game rounds. Live betting markets are available on events as they are happening, with odds updating continuously based on real-world developments.

• Live betting odds are subject to rapid change. BetPro accepts bets at the displayed odds at the moment of confirmation. Any change in odds between a member initiating a bet and BetPro confirming it may result in the bet being accepted at the new odds, or being returned to the member if the change exceeds acceptable parameters.
• Live markets may be suspended at any time without notice — during time-outs, technical stoppages, weather delays or other events that affect the integrity of the market. Bets placed during a suspension will be voided.
• BetPro's live betting data is sourced from third-party providers. While BetPro works to ensure accuracy, delays or errors in data feeds may occasionally occur. Bets placed based on incorrect live data due to feed delays will be voided.
• In-play bets on Andar Bahar and card games are settled round by round with no delay. Results are final once confirmed by the live dealer system.

BetPro may suspend or void bets under specific circumstances. When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the member's BetPro wallet in full. Voidings are not penalties — they are protections that ensure outcomes are settled fairly.

Grounds for Voiding a Bet

• The event was cancelled, abandoned or did not produce a result covered by the market definition.
• A technical error resulted in incorrect odds being published — for example, a data feed failure causing a PSL match winner to be priced at an obvious error.
• The bet was placed after the event's result was already determined (late bet).
• The player named in a player-specific market did not participate in the event.
• BetPro has evidence that the integrity of the event was compromised by match-fixing or irregular activity.
• A live market was settled on incorrect data later identified and corrected.

In accumulator bets where one leg is voided, the accumulator stands with the voided leg treated as a non-runner — the remaining legs continue as if the accumulator was placed without the voided selection, and the total odds are recalculated accordingly.

BetPro is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Pakistani members. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should always be kept in that context. BetPro provides a range of tools to help members manage their activity and ensure betting remains a positive, controlled experience.

Self-Management Tools Available on BetPro

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased at any time. Increases require a cooling period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders — Set alerts that notify you when you have been logged into BetPro for a specified period.
• Cool-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period of time. During a cool-off, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from BetPro. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period and BetPro will do its best to prevent any re-registration during this time.

BetPro reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account if it determines, at its sole discretion, that there has been a violation of these Terms or any other BetPro policy. This includes but is not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Holding multiple accounts simultaneously
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities or bonus structures abusively
• Any form of fraudulent activity, including unauthorised use of payment methods
• Use of automated software, bots or artificial intelligence to place bets
• Collusion with other members to influence market outcomes
• Any activity that BetPro reasonably believes constitutes match-fixing participation or knowledge

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, BetPro may withhold any balances pending investigation. If funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the member and not derived from fraudulent activity, they will be returned. BetPro will communicate the grounds for any account closure to the affected member and provide an opportunity to respond where appropriate.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their BetPro account may do so at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned through the member's last used payment method.

All content on the BetPro platform — including but not limited to the BetPro brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, betting interfaces, odds displays, live casino streams and software — is the intellectual property of BetPro or its licensed partners and is protected accordingly.

• You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, scrape or commercially exploit any BetPro content without prior written permission.
• Automated access to BetPro odds data, including scraping of displayed prices for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.
• The BetPro name and logo may not be used in any context that implies an endorsement or association without explicit written authorisation.

BetPro respects third-party intellectual property rights and expects members to do the same. If you believe any content on BetPro infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact BetPro support with the details of your claim.

BetPro provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While BetPro makes every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and reliable at all times, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will be error-free at all times.

• BetPro is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, data feed errors, network outages or any other service disruption that is outside BetPro's reasonable control.
• BetPro is not responsible for losses arising from your own decisions — including decisions to place bets at particular odds, to continue playing after a losing streak or to ignore responsible gaming limits you have set for yourself.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect bet being placed or settled, BetPro's maximum liability is limited to the return of the original stake.
• BetPro is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain appropriate security over your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits BetPro's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

BetPro may update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory requirements, changes in the services offered, legal advice or other operational reasons. When material changes are made, BetPro will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Where changes to the Terms are particularly significant — for example, changes affecting how withdrawals are processed or how bonuses are treated — BetPro will provide at least 7 days' advance notice before the new Terms take effect.

By continuing to use the BetPro platform after any update to these Terms, you are confirming your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you should stop using BetPro and contact support to close your account before the new Terms take effect.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes between a BetPro member and BetPro that cannot be resolved informally through customer support will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedure set out below.

Dispute Resolution Process

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to BetPro's support team at support@betpro-jit.com with full details of the dispute. BetPro will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate the matter in writing. BetPro will provide a final written response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Independent Review: If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to seek resolution through an independent third-party dispute resolution service acceptable to both parties.
